The Patan Court has issued an interim order directing the government not to arrest journalist Dilbhushan Pathak. Previously, the High Court had issued a short-term interim order, and after hearing both sides, it has now extended that order.
A bench of Justices Tanka Prasad Gurung and Tikaram Acharya of the Patan High Court gave this ruling on Thursday. According to the order, the police are not allowed to arrest Pathak until the case he filed is resolved.
